Although the database has not gotten much use,
nor has it been collaboratively updated by other food researchers, nothing can take away from the incredible amount of learning that was accumulated while compiling, organizing, and exploring the breadth and depth of the food movement and its movers. |
MTL ONLINE SUSTAINABLE FOOD MAP
Featured in the Gazette article, Big cause on campus: Food-security movements grow as students raise awareness and work toward increasing access to organic product, October 27, 2010. The map went on to get 100,000 views and attracted attention from researchers, environmental organizations, and entrepreneurs.
